As you will be aware we are now entering the time of year where there may be forecasts for bad weather or snow across the region.
The College will be open today for staff and students (Friday 1 February). Please, take extra care while travelling to and from the College.
College closure updates
We regularly monitor local conditions as well as forecasts from the Met Office. The College is also in regular contact with our transport contractors to check the status of each transport route. Please note:
• All updates on College closures or transport difficulties will be posted on the main College website www.totton.ac.uk. You are advised to check regularly for updates.
• In the case of an early morning College closure, a decision will be made and put on the main Totton College website by 7.30am.
• Unless there is a full College closure notified through the website, any individual member of the college community (staff or learner) unable to attend through transport or other reasons, is expected to notify through the normal absence reporting routes as usual (Tel: 023 8087 4874 / Email:[email protected] / line manager phone/email).
