Rebecca Grace Kennel, a former Hounsdown school student, started her journey with us on a 14+ provision, progressed onto Levels 1-3 in Hairdressing and Beauty Therapy. Rebecca Grace then studied OCR Art Foundation Diploma with us here at Totton College and now runs her own successful business as a freelance make-up artist and a wig technician.
Rebecca Grace added:
“I started the course at Totton while I was still at school and felt really supported by the staff.
The courses let you interact with the public and get an insight into the working world. I went on to university and now run my own business as a freelance make-up artist and wig technician. My clients include the NHS, LEGOLAND Windsor and a national theatre company.
If I hadn’t gone to Totton College I wouldn’t be as successful as I am now.”
Rebecca Grace has lots more exciting projects starting in the near future. Well done Rebecca Grace.
