For apprentices

Ready to kickstart a career in your chosen industry? An apprenticeship could be the perfect route for you!

Apprenticeships are a fantastic alternative to A-Levels that offer a hands-on approach to learning. They are designed for people of all ages who want to work towards a nationally recognised qualification while earning a full-time wage

Our apprentices go on to careers in local and national organisations, with the skills, experience and confidence they need to thrive.

An apprenticeship could be perfect for you if:

  • You’re over 16
  • You know which career path you’re going to take
  • You’re already in work and want to gain new skills and a qualification

For businesses

Totton College apprenticeships provide an excellent opportunity to upskill and grow your workforce. Over 90% of our apprentices achieve a 100% pass rate first time.* Hiring an apprentice allows you to plug skills gaps in your organisation, as well as boosting productivity, morale and retention by offering development opportunities.

Our apprenticeship programmes

At Totton College, we specialise in Professional & Commercial Services and Early Years & Education. There are many successful Level 2 and Level 3 apprenticeship programmes to choose from. We’re smaller than other apprenticeship providers, and that means we have a close working relationship with our apprentices and our employers.

If you’re looking for a personalised experience, tailored to your learning style that helps you develop the skills, knowledge and behaviours you need for future success, an apprenticeship might be exactly what you’re looking for.
