Hampshire-based telecoms reseller F One Technologies, one of the region’s fastest growing businesses, is working with Totton College to recruit and train four Business Telemarketing apprentices at the company’s new Sales Academy.

F One’s Sales Director, Lee New, pictured above, said: “The new Sales Academy at F One will initially train Business Telemarketing apprentices to engage with customers effectively and professionally with a view to progressing to become business development advisors, field sales executives and account managers with the company”.

“Starting with four vacancies, the company offers the opportunity to join a business with great potential for future development and growth, operating at new premises in Fareham, Hampshire which provides staff with some of the best support facilities.”  F One currently occupies 2,300 square feet of managed space and enjoys access to the Centre’s first-class facilities and prime location within easy reach of the M27, train and bus routes.

The successful applicants will be assigned a dedicated Totton College assessor to support learning through the Level 2 Customer Service Apprenticeship Framework.  Qualification units will be carefully identified to develop a unique skill set which complements their daily responsibilities and provide the foundations for long-term success.
